Lets face it, things happen and plans change. As a photographer over the past 10 years I’ve been lucky enough to have very very few problems with clients and found that good open communication is always the best policy as we want your happiness to be our number one goal. However there are a few circumstances that we need to set out expectations with regards to your photography agreement.

Your deposit.
The purpose of your deposit with Sanderson Group Ltd. is to hold the photographer (e.g. Dean) for the day so that they do not book another wedding. Should something happen and you are forced to cancel or change your date we will always do our best to work with you to come to a solution. Our policy on this is that there shall be no refund of deposits paid if the engagement is cancelled or the date is changed by the wedding party unless Sanderson Group Ltd. is able to rebook a wedding for the reserved photographer on the exact same day.

Injury or illness of Photographer.
If any unforeseen accident should happen to the photographer and they be unable to photograph on the day of the wedding, Sanderson Group Ltd. shall do its best, with the guidance of the Bride and Groom, to find a suitable replacement to provide photographic services. Should the Sanderson Group Ltd. not be able to provide a suitable replacement within the studio, Sanderson Group Ltd. will refund all deposits made and limits it’s liability to these deposits.

Destruction of Photos
Please note that everyone within the process will take the utmost care and attention while dealing with your valuable memories. Should the unforeseen happen and your wedding photos be destroyed, deleted, or simply not available. Sanderson Group Ltd. limits its liability will be limited to return of all deposits and/or payments made and will refund all deposits and/or payments made to Sanderson Group Ltd.
