Mayan Cenote Trash the Dress, Riviera Maya
Newlyweds Sherry and Cyril celebrated their wedding with a romantic, underwater trash the dress adventure at one of my favourite Mayan cenotes. Four days after saying, “I do,” I picked the couple up at the Grand Sirenis Resort and headed down to a magical cenote for these beautiful photographs.
After a small time of coaching and tips for learning to stay underwater, Sherry and Cyril were amazing. Sherry was able to let go and flow like a mermaid – letting the water do the work. Cyril was equally as talented and was even able to keep his hat on during the photos – which is no easy feat! The couple’s underwater skills combined to create some amazing images.
In the end, all the photos turned out incredible.
