A Happily Ever After at Moon Palace Cancun Wedding
I had a blast photographing this wedding and loved these two because Jessica and Justin traveled from their home in Toronto where I used to live. Even though we were on the beach for their Moon Palace Cancun wedding, their spirit and attitude reminded me of being back home. This made every moment of shooting their wedding one to remember.
Jessica and Justin are one of those couples whom you see from afar and think, “Now, that’s a great couple!” And – they’re even better up close! These two aren’t just a beautiful couple, they’re also kind, generous, funny and genuinely happy. They make you believe that true love, even better than the fairy-tale kind, exists and is possible. But, they also make you see how that kind of love takes two people who are truly committed to one another.
The greatest part about photographing this Cancun wedding for a couple like Jessica and Justin is that the universe worked in their favor every step of the way. Rain just as you step on the beach to take wedding photographs can terrify even the hardiest of couples. But, with these two, we found a little cover, waited five minutes and then walked out onto the beach. We found the perfect light waiting for us which brought the moment and best photographs together. I absolutely love the magic of the Riviera Maya!
