I love photographing small weddings in Mexico. And with only Cynthia and Daniel at the wedding, they don’t get any smaller than this one. They even got ready together in the same room with Daniel helping Cynthia put on her dress. I love that Daniel cry’s when Cynthia walks down the isle and I could not have asked for a better day than to have spent it with these two photographing their wedding at the Sun Palace in Cancun Mexico.
Normally we have the story of how the couple met, however, in this rendition, we are going to share the story of their proposal.
In Cynthia’s words:
I already knew we were going to get married. I went ring shopping with him and eventually I picked a ring and we ordered it. He still wanted to try to “surprise” me however! I remember it was SO HARD to wait and wait and never know when he was going to propose. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore and asked him what he was waiting for! HAHA! He had just gotten off work at 3 in the morning and we were sitting in my living room watching a movie when he got down on one knee and I just lost it! I started crying from happiness! Even though I made him hurry up and propose, I apologized for not being patient. His words were “if you weren’t impatient and pushy, then you wouldn’t be the woman I am going to marry. That’s how I love you.” I cried ever more! :) This was July 19th 2012.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time to go through my blogs. I hope you enjoyed the photos as well as the story of this beautiful couple.
